Condition and damages:
The renter is obliged to return all costumes and accessories in the same condition they were rented. Damages are: tearing, burns, cutting, excessive make-up, removal of buttons, medals, badges or any other accessories or fabric. It is understandable, that the costumes are expensive and that they should be handled with responsibility. If the costumes are damaged due to misuse or tearing, the client will be charged for repairs or replacement costs.
All products are sent from our company in Stuttgart via DHL. The renter is paying all shipping costs. The delivery can not be sent to a PO Box. The renter is also responsible for the return shipment. Hats, crowns and other costume parts, that were sent separately, must be sent back the same way.
The order can be canceled up to 14 days before the agreed shipping date. A cancellation less than 14 days before the agreed shipping date will be charged with 30% of the costs for preparing the products for shipment.
A delayed returning is expensive. It is very important to return the rented products on time, because other costumers need the products for their event.
If a rented product is not returned completely till the agreed return date, starting the following day, a fee of 30 Euro will be paid, as well as 15% of the complete order costs for each following day.
If a product is returned with damages or is lost, the rent costs for the entire day, as well as possible reparation or replacement costs have to be paid.
For booking the products we require a non-refundable prepayment of 50,- Euro. The rent costs agreed upon in the rental contract have to be paid at least 7 days prior to the shipment date, to ensure a booking.
